White label SEO services for Australian agencies
White label SEO is search engine optimisation delivered by us and sold under your agency’s brand. Your logo goes on the reports, your name stays in the client’s inbox, and our team does the work. Your client never knows we exist.
This page is written for Australian agencies and consultancies who have sold SEO — or want to — and need the delivery side handled without carrying a senior salary to do it.
Who this works for, and who it does not
White label delivery fits agencies in three situations: you have won SEO work you cannot currently staff, you want to add SEO to an existing service list without hiring first, or you have a senior strategist whose time is being consumed by production work they should not be doing.
It does not fit if you want someone to own client strategy for you. We can lead strategy where you want that, but a reseller who cannot explain the work to their own client eventually gets found out. The best white label relationships involve a reseller who understands what is being delivered and why.
What is included
Technical SEO
Full crawl of the site, prioritised by what actually affects rankings rather than what a tool flags red. Output is a developer-ready ticket list: what to change, where, and why it matters, in the order it should be done. Covers crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data and redirect integrity.
On-page optimisation
Title tags and meta descriptions written to earn the click, not just contain the keyword. Heading structure that reflects how the page is actually organised. Internal linking that passes authority to the pages that need it. Schema markup appropriate to the page type.
Content
Briefs and drafts written in Australian English and researched against Australian search results. Each brief carries the target query, the search intent behind it, the questions the page has to answer, and the internal links it should carry.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile optimisation, suburb and service-area pages, citation consistency, review velocity, and for multi-location clients, a location page architecture that stops branches cannibalising each other.
GEO and AEO
Generative engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation — getting the client cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. The techniques overlap with SEO but are not identical: answer engines reward direct answers, specific checkable claims and clean structured data far more than they reward keyword density.
Reporting
White-labelled monthly reporting in your branding, written so you can forward it to your client without editing it first.

How white label works with us
- You brief us by call or document. Your client stays yours.
- We scope and quote a fixed monthly figure before any work begins, with the scope written down.
- We deliver under your brand. You own the client relationship entirely.
- You receive the reporting in your branding. We never contact your client unless you ask.
- You scale up or down as your pipeline moves.
Where white label relationships go wrong
Scope that was never written down. The most common failure. Verbal scope means every month becomes a negotiation about what was included. We write it down before invoicing.
The partner going direct. Rare but fatal. A non-solicitation clause signed before work starts is the only real protection, and any partner reluctant to sign one has answered the question.
Seniority mismatch. Work sold as senior, delivered by juniors. No website can disprove this, which is why we start with one paid project rather than asking you to take it on faith.
Reporting the reseller cannot defend. If your account manager cannot explain the report to the client, the report has failed regardless of what it contains. Ours are written to be forwarded and defended.
How to evaluate any white label partner
Four questions worth asking anyone, including us. Will you show me unbranded samples of real work? Will you scope in writing before invoicing? Who specifically owns my account? Will you start with one paid project instead of a retainer? A partner who deflects on any of the four is telling you something useful.
What we will not do
We do not approach your clients. We do not put our name on your deliverables. And we will not take on a directly competing agency in your city without telling you first.
Start with one project
Most agencies begin with a single technical audit on one client, so they can judge the output before putting their brand on a retainer. Request a scoped quote, or read how we work with Australian agencies and brands more broadly.
Frequently asked questions
What is white label SEO?
White label SEO is search engine optimisation performed by one agency and sold to the end client under a different agency’s brand. The delivering agency is invisible: reports carry the reseller’s logo, all communication comes from the reseller’s team, and the client relationship belongs entirely to the reseller. It is also called SEO reselling or private label SEO.
How does white label SEO actually work day to day?
The reseller sends a brief. The delivery partner scopes and quotes it. Work is produced in unbranded or reseller-branded formats, handed over on an agreed cycle, and the reseller presents it as their own. The end client never interacts with the delivery partner unless the reseller invites them to.
How much does white label SEO cost in Australia?
Scope sets the price, so we quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card. Three things move the figure: how many services run at once, how much of the work is one-off build versus ongoing, and how fast you need it. Send the brief and you get a fixed monthly figure, usually within two working days, with the scope written beside it.
Should I outsource SEO or hire in-house in Australia?
It depends on how predictable your pipeline is. A senior in-house hire is a fixed cost carried whether or not you win the next retainer, plus recruitment lag before they produce anything. Outsourced delivery converts that into a variable cost available the week a client signs. Agencies with lumpy pipelines usually outsource. Agencies with a stable base of long retainers often do both, keeping strategy in-house and outsourcing production.
Will my client know you exist?
No. Every deliverable carries your branding and we do not contact your client at any point unless you specifically ask us to join a call. On calls where we do attend, we attend as your team.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do, completely. We have no claim on your client, we do not market to them, and we do not solicit them during or after the engagement. That is written into the agreement before work starts.
What is included in white label SEO reporting?
Rankings against an agreed keyword set, organic traffic and its direction, pages gaining or losing visibility, work completed in the period, and what is queued next. Reports carry your branding and are written so you can forward them without editing.
Do you do white label local SEO as well as national?
Yes. Local work covers Google Business Profile optimisation, suburb and service-area pages, citation consistency and review velocity. For multi-location clients it covers location page architecture so branches do not compete against each other in search.
How do I choose the right white label SEO partner?
Judge four things: whether they will show you unbranded samples of real work, whether they scope in writing before invoicing, whether a named person owns your account, and whether they will start with one paid project instead of demanding a retainer. A partner who refuses any of those four is telling you something.
Can you write content for Australian audiences?
Yes. Content uses Australian English spelling, references Australian regulation and market context where relevant, and is researched against Australian search results rather than American ones. The difference shows up most in local service pages, where American phrasing reads as imported immediately.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Content and authority building compound over months. Any partner promising rankings inside 30 days is either targeting keywords nobody searches or is about to do something that will cost your client later.
What happens if a deliverable misses the brief?
Revisions sit inside the agreed scope rather than being charged separately. If something misses, we rework it.
Do you work with agencies outside Sydney and Melbourne?
Yes. Delivery is fully remote, so we work with agencies across every state and territory, including regional Australia.
Can we start small before committing?
Yes, and we prefer it. Most agencies begin with a single technical audit on one client so they can judge output quality before putting their brand on an ongoing retainer.
